Truth. This brought up a memory I heard somewhere about John Cooper when he was struggling to beat Michigan and fans were getting frustrated with him. He was speaking to a group of Buckeye boosters at a gathering, and:
Cooper: "9 and 3 is fine by me!"
OSU booster: "8 and 4 and you're out the door!"
