Our guys, in my view, a multi-decadal retrospective of our program; many players, many coaches and having been on the sidelines myself...this team seems to have taken on the "nice guy" personality of the head coach imho. To the Mantra: You Play to Win I would add that you must play with Passion and Leadership from Coach and Players; not sure that is our recipe based on recent history. So here's to me being completely wrong and we get the W!
