u4 landed a great coach for their basketball program with u4's sanctions yet to be announced. Granted that their Bball program has a great history to lure a decent talent.
Our football program will be a tougher sell. Since the Kush era we have had 8 coaches (if you count CHE as a coach) over the 42 years for an average of bit over 5 years before leaving or getting axed. Then there is the AD side of the equation with, I think, 5 ADs.
That list has such notables as Love, Patterson and now Ray Ray.
Who would come with our history? (If I hear the "sleeping giant" as a potential lure ever again, it will be too soon)
My avid fan brother Don at 84 and me at 77 are looking at the sands of time about to run out. We had such high hopes for this season only to see us, once again, regress to mediocrity. Sigh.
