The debacle in the 2019 regionals against Southern miss sealed it for me. One of smith's cheerleaders on Facebook thinks that because he led Indiana to a college world series appearance that he will do it here too. 7 years in and we have yet to get out of the regionals. This program used to be considered elite. We are now a mediocre program. Smith has had more than enough time to bring in his own recruits. 7 years later it's just excuse after excuse. It's time for anderson to let him go and bring in a coach who can get the job done. Losing in the regionals year in year out and no conference titles is unacceptable!
